Delivery Period: Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days unless otherwise notified.

All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

Payment Methods: We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

Online Orders & Card Security: All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) – we never have access to your card details at any time.

Refunds: Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return for a refund or exchange. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.

We will be happy to exchange our product(s) free of charge once returned in their original condition and packaging. However, if you wish to return any product(s) for a refund we will credit your account (minus our outward costs) upon receipt of the goods, providing the goods have been returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

UK Delivery Costs: We offer free delivery when your order total is £100 or over. Should your order come to less than £100 then a standard £5.00 delivery charge will be added to the cost of your order.

Overseas Delivery Costs: The cost of the delivery will be added to your order. All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).
